Blockchain and Technical Limitations​

Q11: Which blockchain does the Feature Platform use, and can we use a different one?​

A11: The Feature Platform currently uses the Avalanche private L1 blockchain (a permissioned avalanche-based private subnet for asset issuance and ownership) due to its speed, low costs, and eco-friendliness. We chose it because it allows us to implement full private governance for our smart contracts.

Q12: Can we deploy our smart contracts on the platform?​

A12: Currently, custom smart contract deployment isn't supported, but it's under consideration for future platform updates. We offer a range of pre-built, customizable smart contract templates that cover most use cases.
